Oasis operates as a faith-based school, providing education without charging any enrollment fees. We warmly welcome anyone who wishes to become a student, regardless of their financial situation. Our reliance is placed entirely on faith, trusting that God will provide for all our financial needs and support the continued operation of our school.
The 9-week Fall quarter at Oasis Bible Training Center kicks off with classes starting on Thursdays, September 11th, 2025 The immersive curriculum then continues meeting each week for 9 transforming weeks.
At Oasis Bible Training Center, our deepest desire is not merely that students gain information, but that they encounter a personal revelation of Jesus Christ. Knowledge alone cannot transform the human heart. True change happens when the veil lifts and a person begins to see the beauty, kindness, and glory of the Lord for themselves.
This is the cry of our hearts—that every student would come to know Him personally.
Throughout Scripture, the most life-changing moments were not simply moments of learning, but moments of encounter. Moses spoke with God as a man speaks with his friend. David longed for the presence of the Lord more than anything else. Mary of Bethany chose the one thing needed—sitting at the feet of Jesus and listening to His voice.
We believe the Christian life is meant to be lived from that same place of intimacy.
In many ways, the life of a believer is like walking with the Lord in a garden. In the cool of the day, God still desires to meet with His people. He still invites us to slow down, to listen, to linger, and to walk with Him in fellowship. In a busy and distracted world, learning to cultivate this kind of relationship with Christ is one of the greatest treasures a believer can discover.
That is the heart behind Oasis.

This class will lead students through the rich and powerful message of the Book of Ephesians, one of the most profound letters in the New Testament.
Together we will explore:

• spiritual authority and warfare
• living a Spirit-filled life

Sunday Worship Encounter Nights
Throughout the summer we will host three special Worship Encounter Nights with area worship bands, open to students and the wider community.
These evenings are devoted to extended worship, prayer, and seeking the Lord together.

Many students find these gatherings to be a deeply refreshing time in the Lord’s presence.

Course Title: Beauty for Ashes

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Many believers love Jesus deeply, yet still carry wounds from the past—rejection, trauma, shame, disappointment, or spiritual battles that seem difficult to overcome. The good news of the gospel is that Jesus not only forgives sin, but also heals the brokenhearted and restores what has been lost.
In this nine-week course, Steve Porter teaches a biblically grounded and balanced approach to inner healing, restoration, and spiritual freedom. Drawing from Scripture, pastoral experience, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, this class will help believers understand how God brings healing to wounded places of the heart while leading His people into maturity and wholeness.
Students will explore topics such as:
• Understanding the wounds of the heart
• God’s process of restoration and renewal
• Breaking cycles of shame, fear, and rejection
• Walking in forgiveness and freedom
• The role of the Holy Spirit in healing and transformation
• Maintaining spiritual balance and biblical discernment in deliverance ministry
This course emphasizes Christ-centered healing, rooted firmly in Scripture, avoiding extremes while honoring the genuine work of the Holy Spirit. The goal is not merely emotional relief, but true transformation—becoming whole, healthy, and equipped to walk in the fullness of life that Christ provides.
